Specific Responsibilities:

  • Service the key industries and clients in line of company strategy. Lead Team Leader, Consultant, Associate consultant, Researcher reach the target based on GM principle, strategy, and assignment.
  • In charge of recruiting, case fulfilling, managing, advising clients through the recruitment process.
  • Actively developing innovative research solutions and quality clients, attends client visits and presentations, base on company and department development strategy.
  • Work closely with the Line Manager to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency.
  • Play a key role in developing and mentoring a team of consultants with varying levels of recruitment or industry experience.
  • Using international best practice methodology, you will drive team activity, KPIs and performance reviews to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives, to expose the group’s brand, develop business opportunities, and generate revenue.
  • Works with clients and provides consultation regarding employee related issues.
  • Participate in the key project, debrief, and perform reference-checks on candidates being for clients, sitting in on interviews, negotiation of offers and onboard.
  • Ensure receive business funds.
  • Report on project progress and result on time, so as the team members.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets agreed upon.
  • Fulfill the assignment ordered by Consulting Director.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • At least 5 years working experience in HR, Sale & Marketing or other relative business field, 3year above team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent problem solving ability and customer service skills.
  • Smart, Proactive and self-motivated, ability to complete case.
  • Good at setting goal, hungry to succeed.
  • Interested in recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent Internet searching skills and computer skills including Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.
  • Curious by nature, customer-oriented and good working attitude.

  • Analyze job description, market mapping, head hunting, candidate screening and interviewing of candidates.
  • Ensures that candidates, clients and job orders in database are up to date, Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
  • Prepare, debrief, and perform reference-checks on candidates being for clients, sitting in on interviews, negotiation of offers and onboard.
  • Maintain and establish a good relationship with existing and potential clients.
  • Report on project progress and result on time.
  • A team orientation will be a valuable addition to a collegial, collaborative environment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual targets agreed upon.
  • Action bias with a strong sense of urgency from the head.

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

  • Relevant graduate degree or above.

Summary:

  • An intern is responsible for supporting assigned staff on all projects. Specific responsibilities may include internet-based research, and other support as dictated by Consultant. Interns report directly to assigned project Consultant and Industry Head.

Assist project staff with tasks including but not limited to:

  • Gathering information and research as requested.
  • Daily major scope of work covers news monitoring report and online social media monitoring.
  • Creating and updating lists and information involved in account activity.
  • Documenting and tracking of account activity such as conference reports, account status reports, etc.
  • Other similar duties as assigned;

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in progress; some relevant professional or intern experience.
  • Full time internship for 3 to 6 months.
  • Strong interest in business and self-motivated.
  • Good writing, translation and research skills.
  • Good command of written English.
  • Chinese native speaker with excellent Chinese writing ability.

  • To ensure attendance 3 to 5 days every week.
